I care about how things work, not just how they look. I spend a lot of time thinking about the people who'll actually use what I design, what they need, where they get stuck, and how to make that easier. Whether it's a brand, a website or an app, I always start with the user and work outwards. I believe good design is never static, it should evolve and improve as users and businesses grow.
